Beautifully furnished by the owners, the property is perfect for families and adult groups. The property offers amazing views from every angle and boasts modern and elegant contemporary finishes and high-end appliances.Angel Heights and Hummingbird Cottage share the same entrance and driveway and can be rented separately or together. Each villa is completely private. When Hummingbird Cottage is rented the guests do not have access to the main house, Angel Heights.The superbly maintained property consist of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house, Angel Heights, which carries a glorious roof-deck bar that allows for unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea and sunset. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom “Jack and Jill” style. Hummingbird Cottage offers 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a full kitchen and a small private pool.Housekeeping is provided three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) with garden and pool service twice per week.The property can accommodate 12 persons in total and can be rented as a 3 bed, 2 bed and a 5/6 bedroom option.Just a three minute drive down the hill and you are in Holetown with many excellent options for shopping and dining.

All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 1.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the property.
